The Board of Adjustment hears and decides on all applications for conditional use permits, except those defined in the code where an administrative use permit or use of a Hearing Examiner is authorized; and also applications for variances from the requirements of the zoning ordinance, such as setbacks to side and rear property lines and variances from the 1,500 foot viewshed restriction applicable only to parcels in existence prior to January 1, 2007.
No future hearings are scheduled at this time.
