Engineering Division

Purpose

The Engineering Division designs roads, bridges and other engineering related structures. The division also manages transportation grants and administers all construction projects. Staff develop and provide technical direction of all design schedules and projects. Division personnel negotiate for right-of-way, secure funding from state and federal sources, manage transportation planning, permitting and the countywide quarry and stockpile program.
